I'm Kamal Hyder. I plan, permit and build homes across the San Francisco Bay Area, from custom homes and remodels to backyard ADUs. Three companies, one builder you can call directly.

How I work

Four steps, from idea to keys.

Most contractors don't get involved until construction starts. I start at the scope, because proper scoping cuts through red tape and avoids surprises later.

  1. Project scope

Agree on what is included and what is not, then bring in the architects and engineers the project needs.

  2. Planning and permits

Design something the city will approve, and keep plan changes to a minimum while it moves through review.

  3. Construction planning

Build a tight budget and schedule with quality subcontractors from each trade, and flag the critical path early.

  4. Construction management

On site every day to watch scope, budget and quality, meet the inspectors, and keep the work moving.

About Kamal

An engineer who builds.

Kamal started his career in Silicon Valley as an engineer, earned his MBA, and worked as a product manager at Bay Area technology companies. He kept building on the side, earned his California general contractor license, and became a full-time builder.

That background shows up on every job: clear requirements, careful detail, and a plan the city and the homeowner can both sign off on.
